About me
I guide women on a journey back to their roots—supporting them to feel strong, nourished, and deeply connected in their bodies.
My work weaves together core and pelvic floor practices for stability, herbal support for gentle, natural strength, and a reconnection to the rhythms of the seasons and the land.
Through seasonal women’s circles, I create spaces for women to gather, be heard, and reconnect with the power of community and shared experience.
Rooted in ancestral practices, I work with herbs not just as remedies, but as teachers—helping you reclaim the path of the wise woman and the deep, embodied wisdom that has been passed through generations.
This is about remembering your connection to nature, to your body, and to the innate knowing within you.
A return to yourself—grounded, supported, and able to grow and flourish in your own way.
Wise Herbal Ways is a living space for those called to remember the Wise Woman within — through herbs, land, and ancestral ways of knowing.
Reclaim the knowledge rooted in this land, and reconnect with the lineages of women who healed outside the margins. Honouring the many cultures and knowledge systems—shared, exchanged, and sometimes taken—that shaped Western herbalism, and ask what it means to practise with awareness, responsibility, and care.
