About

About me

I am a historical and community herbalist exploring how people restore connection to body, land, memory, and belonging after rupture.

My work weaves together herbal medicine, women’s knowledge, embodied restoration practices, oral history, and community care. Through workshops, women’s circles, teaching, clinics, storytelling, and historical herbalism, I create spaces for people to reconnect with themselves, with collective memory, and with older traditions of healing.

Alongside my educational and creative work, I am involved in community herbal projects supporting refugees and people experiencing displacement, with a focus on accessible, grounded care and the restoration of dignity and connection.

At the heart of everything I do is a belief that healing is not only individual, but cultural and communal — rooted in relationship, remembrance, and our connection to the living world.

Founding director of Movement in Thyme a grassroots non-profit working in the field of Community Herbalism.
